We were thrown a few curveballs by other parties involved (landlord, franchisor), and Matt was a great sounding board and provided his counsel on options we had, based on his experience with other franchise owners selling their business. He charged an upfront flat fee, and we found it to be extremely reasonable, so we then did not have to worry about asking questions, clarifications, opinions, help, etc. that would run up billable hours under a retainer and per hour arrangement.
