About the Job
We are a growing franchise law firm looking for a new team member to join our Philadelphia office. Attitude and skills are much more important than experience. We will train the right person who must be comfortable in a fast paced and ever evolving environment. Our typical clients are new and emerging franchise systems. This role will act as a liaison between different firm attorneys, clients and state regulatory authorities. The key to success in this role will be to build strong relationships with Clients. Maintaining our culture is our most important priority. Work life balance, flexibility, transparency are core to our success. We work hard but have fun doing it.
Our firm employs a hybrid work model – three days in-office and two days remote. This approach balances team collaboration with individual efficiency, while respecting your commitment to legal studies. No experience is needed, just a great attitude and willingness to learn. Computer, people skills, sense of urgency and attention to detail are a must.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or above required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent proofreader
• Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
• Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
