We're heading to Fort Lauderdale this September for The The IFA World Franchise Show, one of the largest franchise events in the country. Find our team at Booth #1024 on September 25 and 26 at the Broward County Convention Center.
We pride ourselves on our flat-fee pricing model and proprietary software, which gives clients full visibility into their franchise system and streamlines the disclosure process. Our team handles trademark protection, FDD creation, state registrations, franchise agreements and M&A deals.
Franchising is on track to generate more than $920 billion in economic output this year. Partner with attorneys who understand the unique challenges of building generational wealth through franchising.
See you there!

#womenagainstabuse #backtoschool #philadelphiaIt’s the first day of school here in Philadelphia, and our smallest survivors are heading into the classroom with new school supplies thanks to advocates like you 🎒
Special thanks to:
🍎 Cradles to Crayons Philadelphia for its donation of 150 brand-new backpacks
🍏 Spadea Lignana Franchise Attorneys for hosting an office donation drive, which collected enough new school supplies to fill 30 school bags
🍎 Angela Shenea Fleming of Dearest Period for donating menstrual kits through their “Dearest You’re Ready!” program
🍏 Dr. Dan Taylor and the team from St. Christopher's Hospital for Children for donating backpacks and school supplies to our emergency shelter residents

Our Office Olympics took us on a trip through the decades, from the Founding Fathers and the Wild West to the '70s, '80s, and a very committed '90s Space Jam crew.
Every team brought creativity, personality, and plenty of team spirit. There was no shortage of friendly competition either, especially during a very tense Giant Jenga finale where the Founding Fathers took the gold. 🏆
But the best part of the day was seeing everyone cheer each other on, laugh together, and genuinely enjoy spending time as a team.
Days like this are really about the people: the coworkers who support one another, celebrate each other's wins, bring humor and positive energy to busy days, and make the workplace better simply by being part of it.
We're grateful for every person on our team and for the spirit they bring to our firm every day. Great teams work hard together, have fun together, and make the workplace better together.

Tom Spadea joined Rocco Fiorentino and host Ali Kraus on the Bellinis with Benetrends podcast for a conversation on what's changing in franchise financing. The episode followed their session together at the International Franchise Association Legal Symposium in Washington, DC, and covered a lot of ground, including SBA directory requirements and where franchisors tend to run into trouble with funding.
Franchisors who set their Item 7 investment range too low aren't doing their franchisees any favors. A narrow range can box a candidate into financing that doesn't actually cover what the business needs, especially once working capital and local costs come into play. The better move is to build in some room and let the range reflect where costs are headed, not where they've been.

Nobody ever really knows when the ice cream truck is coming.
That's the problem Travis Kososki set out to fix. What started with his wife's idea to buy a single truck in June 2020, a way to bring a little joy to their community, has grown into Alsies, a franchise built around a patented platform that lets customers track a truck's real time location and call it right to them.
The name comes from his three kids, Alexandra, Landon and Sienna, and that family spirit carries into how the brand treats its franchise partners. Rather than one revenue stream, partners work more like exclusive distributors, building income through neighborhood routes, private events, freezer placements and specialty retail.
