Cincinnati, OH— Spadea Lignana is pleased to announce that franchise attorney Zachary Bottom has joined the firm, further strengthening the firm’s growing national presence with another experienced franchise attorney joining the Cincinnati office.
Zach brings a strong background in franchise and business law, corporate transactions, and strategic legal counseling. His experience advising businesses through formation, growth, acquisitions, and complex commercial matters makes him a valuable addition to Spadea Lignana’s national franchise practice.
As the firm continues to expand beyond its East Coast roots, Zach’s addition reinforces Spadea Lignana’s investment in serving franchisors throughout the nation with its mission of providing practical, business-focused legal counsel to franchisors at every stage of growth. Zach joins attorney Javier Esteve, who launched the Spadea Lignana Cincinnati office in 2025.
