Zachary Bottom

Experience:

Zach Bottom is a franchise and business attorney who advises franchisors, entrepreneurs, and privately held companies nationwide. He provides practical, strategic legal counsel to help clients build, grow, and protect their businesses.

Zach earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law and is admitted to practice law in Ohio. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Comparative Humanities from Eastern Kentucky University.

Focus:

Zach’s practice focuses on franchise law and corporate transactions. He represents franchisors in franchise system development, Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), franchise agreements, regulatory compliance, registrations, renewals, and system operations. He also advises franchisees on franchise agreements, negotiations, and ongoing operational matters. In addition, Zach counsels businesses on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, and general business matters.

Zach believes that great legal counsel starts with understanding the client’s business, not just the legal issue in front of them.
