Tabitha David has over ten years of business and legal experience. Prior to joining Spadea Lignana, she served as fractional general counsel to businesses across various industries, handling contracts, employment matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Earlier in her career, Tabitha worked in pharmaceuticals and in mergers and acquisitions and consulted on business partnerships, capital raising, and startup operations and strategy. She later owned and operated a franchise as a family business, bringing a real-world understanding of business to her legal practice.

Tabitha is passionate about helping clients navigate the challenges of growing and operating their business, from launch to growth and beyond. As a former business owner, she understands the pressures and decisions her clients face and is committed to building strong relationships with her clients by truly listening to their needs and providing guidance that empowers them to confidently operate and grow their business.

Tabitha makes it a point to educate clients throughout the process, helping them understand the legal landscape and make informed decisions. Recognizing that business success often requires thoughtful risk management and principled accountability, she balances business objectives and legal considerations to arrive at practical solutions that align with her clients’ goals.
Tabitha has lived in multiple states and countries and currently resides in the Atlanta area. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two goldendoodles, and cat, as well as traveling, gardening, pursuing new ideas, and learning new skills.
