We worked with Matt Wizmur at the Spadea Lignana Law Firm, when we recently sold our franchise business. He provided great value and counsel through the entire process. We were thrown a few curveballs by other parties involved (landlord, franchisor), and Matt was a great sounding board and provided his counsel on options we had, based on his experience with other franchise owners selling their business. He charged an upfront flat fee, and we found it to be extremely reasonable, so we then did not have to worry about asking questions, clarifications, opinions, help, etc. that would run up billable hours under a retainer and per hour arrangement. We had a successful completion of our sale, and we thank Matt for his partnership throughout it. We highly recommend Matt for all of the reasons above.

I recently sold my small business and used Matt Wizmur to help with all of my legal needs. Matt was terrific in orchestrating all the documentation between myself and the buyer, negotiating terms with the buyers team and working with the buyers lender.
