They worked with us to create an FDD and Franchise Agreement that is both franchisee friendly as well as has the appropriate level of protection for us as a franchisor. They deliver the FDD through their Docusign system to simplify the tracking and compliance pieces for us, and will even work directly with prospective franchisee’s attorneys to negotiate on our behalf. All of this for a fixed fee – which is very uncommon not just in the franchise world, but with attorneys in general.
