Bonnie did a great job explaining [our] Franchise Agreement and Franchise Agreements in general. The FAs can be somewhat intimidating as they are written by the Franchisor’s for their benefit. Without Bonnie’s advice and explanation of FAs as far as what is typical and standard, we probably would have given up on franchising. Bonnie definitely provided us with valuable insight on FAs.
