Craft Bewery The sale and distribution of beer is regulated by franchise laws that govern and restrict the relationship of brewers and their wholesalers. This presentation will focus on the legal principles that form the bedrock of all franchise relationships to determine whether these concepts apply to the modern craft brewer.
