Experience:
David Saulino is Spadea Lignana’s Onboarding Manager. When franchisors come to the firm, he plays a crucial role in guiding them through the franchise development and launch process.
From drafting FDDs and franchise agreements to helping clients understand compliance and state registration requirements, David welcomes new clients and leads them through the onboarding process. Having worked with businesses across a wide range of industries, David understands the practical considerations of turning an established business into a franchise system.
Approach:
David takes a hands-on and practical approach to helping clients navigate franchising.
“Some clients come in with a ton of franchising experience, while others are starting from scratch. Either way, I take the same approach—walk them through the process, keep them on track, and make sure they understand what’s happening at each step.”
He takes the time to understand what makes each business unique and helps clients translate those qualities into a franchise system that accurately represents their brand while setting appropriate expectations for prospective franchisees.
Passion:
“One of the things I enjoy most about working with franchisors is getting to see the creativity behind different businesses. Every brand has its own ideas, personality, and way of doing things, and I get to learn something new with every client.”
David especially loves seeing businesses grow years after launch. Whenever he can, he supports the franchises he has previously worked with.
Outside of the office, David lives in Philadelphia and enjoys going to the gym, spending time at the beach, and cheering on Philly sports teams.
