Experience:
Cameron has been with Spadea Lignana since he was in law school. During his time in law school, he clerked for a commercial litigation firm. This experience helped Cameron understand the nature of disputes that business owners typically face to help craft solutions to avoid them from the outset of the business.
Focus:
Cameron focuses mostly on drafting franchise disclosure documents and franchise agreements. He also works on entity formations, joint venture agreements and other documents that help clients manage the legal work that goes into creating a successful business.
Approach:
Cameron takes a hands-on, client-centered approach. He tries to get to know each client that he works with to truly understand their goals and what they hope to accomplish so that he can help create successful, mutually valuable business relationships which will last, while avoiding the pitfalls which are common to people who are trying to create their own brand. His main goal is to think of solutions for clients before a problem may arise.
Awards:
During his time at Drexel University, Cameron was awarded the Rising Advocate Scholarship and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for best student performance in First Amendment Law. He was also the Drexel Law Review Editor.
