When you start working with us, we lay out a clear path to success:
Discovery Meeting
In the Discovery Meeting, we will define your goals and assess compliance needs. We will present a tailored proposal based on your system and growth plan. This stage allows us to lay out a rough timeline for the work ahead.
Onboarding
Onboarding begins with a kickoff meeting to talk through the business model. We will complete an entity structure and trademark analysis. We will also provide access to our Client Access Portal and our Franchisor Field Guide.
Document Preparation
We will then move on to drafting your Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), Franchise Agreements (FA), and related MUDA documents. We will prepare intercompany licensing and ancillary agreements.
Launch & Training
Then it’s time for launch! We have a launch call to walk your leadership and sales team through disclosures and best practices. We also offer compliance training and guidance on disclosures and agreements. We will activate disclosure and sales tools and complete state filings.
Ongoing Legal Support for Franchisors
Don’t worry! We won’t abandon you after the launch & training stage. We remain your go-to for all of your franchise legal needs and ensure you remain compliant as you grow. We will keep in touch throughout the year and offer:
